
Catherine Crino began serving as the Director of Religious Education at St. Emily in 2015.
She has worked at various parishes in the Archdiocese of Chicago for over thirty years, as well as having experience as a classroom teacher, in retirement home administration and employment counseling. In addition to parish ministry, she has been a faculty member in various Archdiocesan institutes for ministry training and formation and in the STEP program at the University of Notre Dame.
She is originally from Tucson and lived in Los Angeles for some time. She has a BA in History from UCLA, as well as completing the Graduate School in Education there. She holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Weston Jesuit School of Theology (Boston College) in Massachusetts and an advanced certificate in spiritual direction from Loyola University, Chicago.
