Communicating with Families

Every Tuesday afternoon we reach out to families via email. Please be sure that we have a current e-mail address for you.

All the newsletters for the year are posted on this page.

Some email programs (especially Gmail and Yahoo) put email such as ours into a special tab (e.g. as "Promotions" on Gmail) or into your spam folder.
Please look at these instructions to 'whitelist' our email address  so that you get all the newsletters.

Emergency Closing

If the decision to cancel class is made, we immediately notify the Emergency Closing Center (ECC).  We also send an email to all families.

In case of inclement weather, before traveling to class, families should check the ECC website:  www.emergencyclosings.com. Families  can receive automatic e-mails directly from the ECC by going to their website  and signing up for this free service.

You may also tune in to any of the following TV/Radio stations: CBS, NBC,  ABC, WGN, FOX, CLTV News, WGN Radio 720 or WBBM News Radio 78.
